In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Sarah Wayne. Sarah Wayne catalyzes people into deep and profound healing. As an intuitive healer, mindset mentor, and nutritionist she gets results for her clients, even when nothing else has worked. As an energy alchemist, she sees the highest potential, gets to the root of complicated health issues, and transforms limiting beliefs for her clients. This deep healing work opens a pathway to authentically express their unique gifts so that they can make an impact in the world. She healed naturally from chronic pain, anxiety, depression, severe digestive problems, and several other health complications. Sarah graduated from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in 2005 and joined the staff as an instructor and community outreach leader. She has taught classes on nutrition, healing, and mindset all throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in hospitals, clinics, schools, gyms, and corporations. Besides being deep in the study of mindset, manifestation, quantum physics, neuroscience, universal laws, and ancient spiritual wisdom she can also be found homeschooling her 7-year-old daughter with special needs and practicing Aikido with her husband.
