She inspires people of all ages to connect and create from the heart offering her wellness programs in schools, and businesses for over 25 years and recently, virtually as well. In this episode we discuss Kripalu Yoga, art, being a heartist, self limiting belief and imposter syndrome, mixing yoga and art, and having the permission to disappoint people.
