In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Carly Evans. Carly has been walking beside people from all walks of life since 2005, supporting people through suicidal ideation, addictions, recovery from trauma and abuse and toxic relationships. She aims to help people to become their truest, most authentic version of themselves and to love themselves so much they won't let anyone or anything hold them back from living the life of their dreams. Carly's passion comes from a journey through her own trauma and lack of loving herself in the past. She has lost numerous people she loves through suicide, addictions and mental health issues. Through her failure to set strong boundaries she became drained in toxic and abusive relationships where her confidence and self-esteem were ground down over time. By continuously working on her own personal development and healing, Carly was able to overcome her challenges to truly step into her unapologetically authentic self, living her best life and supporting others to achieve the same.
