In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Reem Khan. Reem is an experienced entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the recruitment industry (17 years). She completed her B.Comm in HR Management at Concordia University (Montreal) and she is currently running a majority female-owned and visible minority owned recruitment business, Accuracity. In 2020, she co-founded a sustainably-minded Home Decor brand, Terrae Home, that designs and crafts wooden products in Ontario and promotes products from local businesses. She concurrently holds the role of Marketing Manager at Railing Excellence Inc, a railing manufacturer based in Vaughan, Ontario. In this episode we discuss HR, recruitment, women run businesses, fundraising, awareness, community, philanthropic work, serial entrepreneurship and being a role model.
