In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Heidi Dunstan.

Heidi is a Grief Advocate and Educator who helps people learn what to say and not to say to someone who is grieving. Heidi learned firsthand after losing her husband unexpectedly that many people have never learned how to grieve and often say things that miss the mark, or they say nothing at all. This leaves people to grieve in isolation, which is furthest from what many need. Heidi is a International Bestselling Author and her book A Legacy of Loss: Grief Leaves a lot of Holes in Hearts has just launched. Heidi has yet to find someone immune to death, which means that we all will face grief, and has created the Lean into Grief movement where those who follow her get tips and things to say to support those who are grieving so we can connect while grieving. In this episode we discuss event management, grief loss, leaning into grief and gratitude and grace.
