I was born and raised in Darmouth, Nova Scotia where I learned a love of movement through various sports. I later found myself living in Gaborone, Botswana for several years as a Master Personal Trainer and teacher, at high end private gym that serviced a combination of international expats, local government officials and successful business owners. In this episode we discuss fitness, personal training, family, culture, sports, insecurity and being a wellness warrior.
