She has spent the last year growing her Become Unstuck and Unstoppable mentorship programs, and is passionate about the work she is doing with her signature workshop series The New You — Your Self Image to Success, and the Wheel of Life — Your Roadmap to Success. As a women’s fitness coach and sales executive — turned mindset coach, Tracey has developed a unique perspective when it comes to the real reason women needlessly struggle with not taking action towards their dreams. She aspires to create a non-for-profit camp for women and girls to Love Themselves and Live Their Truth in their next stages of life. In this episode we discuss transformation, women's empowerment, receiving, clarity and confidence, stretching yourself and self-development.
