In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Christina Perrotto. Hi! My name is Christina but you may know me as thenakedmama from my social media account and blog. I am a mom to my son Anthony Jr., a wife, and I love helping others. I am 35 years old,  turning 36 in a few weeks. Was born in Toronto and spent most of my childhood  growing up in Whitby. At the age of 18 I moved to Halifax Nova Scotia to study at St. Mary's University for 5 years where I studied Psychology and danced for the varsity football team. I then came home and attended the University of Toronto and completed my teaching degree. From a young age I always knew I wanted to become an educator and always had a passion for helping others. In this episode we discuss teaching, blogging, post-partum depression, anxiety, finding your identity, SHE Inc., The Naked Mama and toxicity.
